
I have been onto the HP web-site and have downloaded their drivers for Windows 8.1 Pro 32 bit (PS_AIO_04_C4500_USW_Full_Win_WW_140_408), Now been going on for about a week and is causing me considerable stress and headaches as I run my own business from home and I need my printer and scanner.

I am far from a luddite in this respect, and I have tried many solutions to resolve this including using your compatibility checker and I have even uninstalled and reinstalled McAfee anti-virus (as the upgrade seemed to stop that from working too). Since then, I have been unable to connect with my HP c4580 (over wireless network) nor have I been able to update the drivers and software to try and reconnect.


I have recently upgraded from Windows 8.0 Pro to 8.1 Pro.
